My GMC Sierra 2500 AT4 had a transmission leak and needed to be flatbed towed to the shop. Although the shop indicated they were scheduling jobs a week out, they were able to replace the transmission cooling line and get me back on the road within 2.5 days. The staff was very professional and courteous. I would happily recommend Bob Pion Buick-GMC to anyone.

Bob PION DEALERSHIP is the only place I will go. When I first moved back From Florida, I went to a Springfield dealership that was closer to me and after that experience when I first went in and the gentleman at the counter said I don’t know why they make appointments for noon when no one is here , he said we could give you aride home , I asked when The car is done will you pick me up? Oh we can’t do that , so I waited for over two hours for an oil change. And I never returned . That is why the only dealership is Bob Pion where everyone is so pleasant, kind and thorough is the only dealership I will use. Thank you for hiring such capable employees. pleasant

aggressive at first, then information slow to come. Internet was not helpful, no response to numerous inquiries if the vehicle was available. Only when I visited the dealership did the sales began.
