- 11/28/09: It's not just sales it's about the service!
Dear Mr. Pion, Even though, like everybody these days, we are
concerned about the financial condition of our country, we decided to
buy another Pontiac. Just before all all the news about the big three!!
We have great hopes that all will come out well for all of your and for
us too.
The
reason I am writing this is to tell you why we returned to your
dealership to do business. First of all "James", the salesman, was new
to us but treated us nicely and is very knowledgeable about the product
and we were very happy dealing with him.
But mostly, there are two people we really like dealing with. One is
"Jim" the business manager and the other, and most important, is CARLA.
One reason for my liking them is that they don't treat me like a little
old lady and talk down to me as if I didn't know what I am talking
about (even though I am and I don't)
The service department has always been helpful, knowledgeable and
willing to help us understand what our car was doing and what it
needed. We have total confidence in her and anything she tells us. She
is the main reason that we did not look anywhere else for a car.
She took care of our Bonneville "Bonny" and kept her gliding for us for
four years. We never feared that Carla would not know the answer to any
problem "Bonny" had. "Bonny" was still purring at 100210 miles. I hope
the Pontiac G6 can do the same.
But
whatever comes along, we are that Carla can handle it and that's the
reason we walked back into Bob Pion's and bought a car.

Your service department accolades for their patience and 'walking the extra mile' with a stubborn problem. Your service adviser responded each time admirably and with empathy to help me. Thanks also to the mechanic(s) who did a great job! Rob was also so helpful when I lost my door/trunk opener.
We all have our opportunities to complain but praise is all well deserved when due.

- 8/16/09: The Service Department Really Cares....
I just wanted to say what a huge asset you have in Carla in your
service department. She is incredibly efficient, has superior
customer service skills, and is just plain friendly and caring. I have
never been so impressed with an employee at a car dealership. Make sure
that she knows how much you appreciate the fantastic job she is doing.
In our current difficult market, customer service is pretty much the
only thing that makes you different from every other Pontiac dealer in
Massachusetts. Carla has got this aspect all tied up for you.
I also dealt with Will Smith your Sales Manager. He was very
friendly and accommodating as well. When it is time to purcha
